an Onsite Callout service.
Here's how it works:
Rather than paying £1 per minute on Telephone
Calls (£60 per hour) or a £90 callout fee
that some companies charge, you simply decide on the
amount of time you require and we either come out
to fix your problem or call you back at a time that's
convenient to you.The time is paid for in advance and
lasts until you use it even if it takes years, it never
runs out.

How do I pay for
the time?
For telephone support you can pay by:
Uk Debit card using : Nochex
e-mail money to a49consultants@pc-pages.co.uk
or by Credit card using PayPal.
People or companies requiring call out can pay by cash
or cheque when we call.
When will you call?
You decide on a day and time that suits you.
Simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page giving
us your details name, telephone number, brief description
of the problem you are having and times suitable for
you or give us a call on 01694 731484 or 731485
What happens
if I buy some time and don't use all of it?
That's fine. You can purchase as much time as you require.
We simply keep a record of the time you have already
spent and the time you have left. This enables you to
keep the time you haven't used for another occassion
when you need help.
I don't use a debit or credit card but would like to
buy some telephone support time, how can I do this?
That's fine to. We are happy to accept payments by cheque
(though it does need to clear first). You simply choose
the time you want to buy and send us the payment.
What happens if it ends up taking more time than
I have already purchased?
Time does have to be paid for in advance and sometimes
things can take longer than expected. That's why the
cost per minute goes down the more time you buy. Also
since debit/credit payments are virtually instant then
we can call you back in no time at all and since you
are already half way through your problem you get priority.
Will you call a Mobile or International Number?
Unfortunately due to the costs of Mobile and International
calls this Service is available for UK Landlines Only.
